Where to send things
Bug reports and corrections
The fastest route is the issue tracker on the project repository. Include your browser, the tool you were using, and what you expected to happen. For a factual error on a page, tell us which page and what the correct information is, and we will fix it.
A monitored email address has not been published here yet. Until one is, the issue tracker is the working channel and is monitored by the same person who maintains the site. We would rather point you at a channel that is actually read than print an address nobody watches.
Privacy and data requests
Because there are no accounts and no media is ever uploaded, the personal data we hold is limited to technical server logs such as your IP address and request history. Requests about that data can be made through the privacy policy, which sets out how we respond and within what period.
Licensing and press
The wordmark, logos, and design tokens are published as a public brand kit on the brand page. For press enquiries, interview requests, or third-party use of the brand assets, contact us through the same channel and say which use you have in mind.
What happens next
Bug reports and factual corrections are usually picked up within a few days, in priority order of how many people they affect. We do not operate a support desk, and we cannot offer support for files or exports you produced in the browser, because that content never reaches us.
What we cannot help with
We cannot help you establish that you have the right to modify a particular file, and we cannot remove invisible provenance watermarks. For the legal position on watermark removal see is watermark removal legal.
